‍The team at Mythic Rabbit works endlessly to create custom designs that are linked to help your stream’s image. Since our products are digital files, we do not allow or offer refunds after a product has been purchased.
Please take the time to carefully review our portfolio and product descriptions before you purchase.
If the final result is similar to the quality of our designs, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
you simply change your mind;
you bought an item by mistake;
you didn't read the content of each package or design;
you lost the files after delivery;
you do not have sufficient knowledge to use the item.
